How to play online poker / Poker hands

   When a person thinks of cards, the first thing that comes up into his mind is poker. Now just what exactly is the game of poker. Poker is a game played with cards, based on ones chance, and examines your luck on every next turn which is the same in the Online Poker. The great thing about the online poker is that all you need to play is a pack of cards and two or more persons unless you have access to internet.    Now, first let's begin with the basic rules of online poker. In the 52 cards there are high cards and low cards. The highest card is always the Ace and after the ace you have: King, Queen, Jack, 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. Now that you know the high and the low cards, let's talk about suits. There are four different suits in poker and online poker respectively and they are clubs, hearts, diamonds, and spades. When you are dealt with your five cards, you will always have five cards to show to other players at the end. This combination of five cards will decide who wins and who loses in the game. There is a wide variety of hands that can win the game, so we will list the highest hands first and go down the stairs from there.

1.Five of a Kind: Five cards with a same number is the highest possible hand you can ever have (e.g five nines or five Kings) No matter of what suit or color the Five of a Kind is it wins, as long as they are the same kind(number). The highest five of a kind you can have is five aces and the only possible way for you to have a Five of a Kind is to play with jokers and if in the end of the game there are two five of a kinds (respectively two players with four of a kind + a joker), then the winning hand is the one with highest numbers.
2.Straight Flush: This is where suits matter more. This hand is the combination of five cards of the same suit that also go sequentially in order. For example 3,4,5,6,7 of diamonds ( there is a higher variation of Straight Flush that beats all other straight flushes and it is the Royal Flush which is basically a straight flush but only with the highest possible combination 10,Jack,Queen,King,Ace).
3.Four of a Kind: This is just four of the same number cards. Like five of a kind, but without the wild card, four Aces is the best that can happen to you. (eg. 7,7,7,7,King).
4.Full House: A full house is a pair combined with a three of the same numbers. For example Queen,Queen,Queen,7,7 or 2,2,2,3,3.
5.Straight: A Straight in online poker is when your hand is of five cards that go in some order, but this time it doesn't matter what suit they are the only requirement is that they go in order like 2,3,4,5,6 or 10,Jack,Queen,King,Ace.
6.Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same numbers.
7.Two Pair: This is when your hand has one pair of carrd combined with a different pair of other two card numbers. For example two pairs can be hands like 3,7,7,Jack,Jack or 7,7,Queen,9,9.
8.Pair: That is a pair of the same cards.
9.High card: This is only when no player on the poker table has any combinations. You simply look through your hand for the highest card available with Ace being the highest card.
And of course you can always make the game more risky and spicy by adding a Joker or two Jokers (the wild cards). When one has a joker in his hand he can decide what card the Joker will be in order to make a combination of the others. For example let us say you have 7,7,7,Queen and a Joker. In this case the best you can do is to play the Joker for a 7 in order to have Four of a Kind. Cool, right?
